We are a 5,500 square foot warehouse style building located in South Downtown Orlando near the corner of Michigan & Orange Avenue. You will find that each day at South Orlando CrossFit is varied. You are never doing the same workout twice. You can expect the WOD or “workout of the day” to last an hour. During that time you will be coached by a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Coach. Each class consists of the following:
Group Dynamic Warm-Up
This is catered to the WOD we will be doing that day
Strength or Skill
This is not on a set schedule and rotates depending on the day
Daily Workout of the Day (WOD)
We will go over the movements for the workout to ensure everyone understands the standard for that movement. Then it's 3, 2, 1, GO!
Prioritizing Your Safety
Our members’ health and safety is our top priority. We have new systems in place to help you feel comfortable while working out including enhanced cleaning procedures, sanitation stations, clearly marked platforms spaced 10’ apart for social distancing, and professional monthly disinfection of our facility and equipment using medical grade products.

A Workout at South Orlando Crossfit
You will find that each day at South Orlando CrossFit is varied. You never doing the same workout twice. You can expect the WOD or ?workout of the day? to last an hour. During that time you will be coached by a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Coach. Each class consists of the following: Group Dynamic Warm-Up or Mobility ? This is catered to the WOD we will be doing that day or to stretch out what we worked the previous day. Strength or Gymnastics/Skill ? This is not on a set schedule and rotates depending on the day/week. Dailly Workout of the Day (WOD) ? We will go over the movements for the workout with everyone to ensure everyone understands the standard for that movement. Then it?s 3, 2, 1, GO! During the workout one to two coaches will be on the floor coaching the athletes on form, technique, and pushing them to work as hard as they can during the WOD. We want our athletes to leave it all on the floor and give 100% to each WOD! Our Vision for South Orlando CrossFit is to build a community that is healthy, strong and vital, whose participants have the courage to live outside the generally accepted as ?normal? belief that health, fitness and vitality must decline with age.
CrossFit Kids will help your child learn confidence, coordination, balance and strength, as well as provide a foundation for a lifelong appreciation of health and fitness!
For us fitness is a state of mind, a way of being. It's apparent in the way you talk, walk, sleep, eat, work, play, dress and relax. It is the physical embodiment of the character traits of honor, courage, confidence, discipline, integrity, responsibility, dedication, and joy. It is also instrumental in reducing the immediate and cumulative effects of stress and anxiety. We have found that the fitter a person is, the more he/she is physically able to do the things that bring joy and fun to life ? everything from feeling strong, confident and energetic through your normal work day, running around with your kids, being physically active and playing sports, to traveling to remote corners of the earth. Being physically fit is inspiring, feels good, enriches your life, and adds both years to your life, and life to your years. People that are fit seem to have a clearer, more optimistic view of life. For us, the bottom line is this: Fitness allows you to live your best.

The community at this gym is amazing! So supportive and encouraging all the time. I have a weird work schedule but they have a lot of class options and an open gym time so I never can use my work as an excuse not to work out. I started with fundamentals and the owners and coaches were very helpful and non-judgmental, now 12 weeks in I have lost weight and feel so strong!
I went to a regular gym for two year and saw little results. I've been a member at SOCF for 10 months and it was one of the best decisions I've made for my health. The coaches are phenomenal, they work closely with everyone to ensure we perform each move with the proper techniques. I have a previous injury before I started crossfit and they scale my routines to prevent me from further injuring myself. The members are very friendly and welcome new members and visitors with open arms. I've never really felt like the new person and I'm happy I made this my home box.
Solid space to workout. Coaches and members are very friendly. Workouts are always challenging. I plan on dropping in every time I?m in town.
SOCF is awesome! My wife and I have had an awesome experience here. Trevor and Angela, the owners are super personal, friendly, and helpful. All the trainers are awesome and the community is super encouraging. And it's way cheaper than personal training at other gyms. I've seen great gains in just a few months. We highly recommend it!
It took me a long time to find a CrossFit that I liked in Orlando. I was so used to my old one that nothing else could compete...until I found SOCF! Seriously love this place. Not only do they take pride in their facility by keeping it clean and having quality workout gear, they make you feel welcomed. Crossfit isn?t just about getting ripped...it?s about a community! This place has it all! And to have a chiropractor on site is definitely a perk. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for that team work atmosphere where you will get pushed to be the best version of yourself
