Endurance Classes

Tuesday - 6:30pm

 

Classes last for 1 to 1 1/2 hours long. Endurance is included with membership to South Orlando CrossFit.

 

Boot Camp

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 10am - 11am

Olympic lifting

Monday – 6:30pm

Wednesday - 6:30pm

 

Classes last for 1 and ½ hours. There is a separate cost for these classes and they are limited to a certain number of students per 6 week cycle.
