Prepare for Savage Race

 

Savage RaceAre you getting ready to run Savage Race and wondering if you should do CrossFit to prepare?

 

Your first workout is FREE to try us out and see if CrossFit is for you!  To prepare for Savage Race you will join the regularly scheduled classes and perform the daily WOD (workout of the day). Commit to working out 12x a month or 3x per week for at least 3 months before the race and you will be ready for whatever happens on race day.

 

Things to Know Before You Arrive For Your Free Class

  • Save time & sign our waiver before you arrive and let the Coach know that you have already signed it when you arrive.
  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the class to meet the coaches & warm-up.
  • Eat a small snack about 1 hour before the class & HYDRATE!
